Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located below our product description for each item.

I have a question about my order or about purchasing an item.

It’s important to double check your order before placing it to make sure that you are getting the right size and design.  However, if you notice something isn’t right with your order after placing it, please email our customer support team within 24 hours at info@foxanseal.com

We are happy to help as best we can to make things right.  We cannot guarantee any changes but will do our best!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do ship internationally, however we are not responsible for any customs or taxes that are applied to your package. If you are shopping overseas please make sure you are aware of your countries customs policies on imported goods.

Some packages may be subject to additional fees or taxes before you can collect them, and these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

I need to return or exchange an item

We care about sustainability so we make all our products to order. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to review the sizing chart for clothing before purchasing.

My package was lost or wasn't delivered to me

Please note, shipping times are still taking much longer than normal especially for international orders. All orders ship out with a tracking number.

Fox & Seal will not refund or replace any lost packages. Once a package leaves our printers, we unfortunately cannot control the actions of any shipping carriers. All items are packaged securely to make sure they arrive as safely as possible. Fox & Seal is not liable for damage of items during transit. Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund.

Will my items be shipped separately?

The majority of items will all be shipped together in one package but please note that some item may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

What if my order is incorrect or missing an item?

We hope this never occurs but mistakes do happen. In the case that it does, please contact our customer support team at info@foxandseal.com within 24 hours of delivery, we are happy to help!

General

How should I take care of my items?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.
